Welcome to Rekalab.com ("Rekalab", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you ("user", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using Rekalab immediately.
1. Use of Our Services
Rekalab provides AI-generated ideas, copywriting, image and video based on user prompts. While we strive to deliver high-quality and useful results, Rekalab may occasionally make mistakes.
You must review all generated content carefully before sharing, publishing, or using it, as Rekalab is not responsible for inaccuracies or unintended outputs.
By using Rekalab, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use the platform responsibly.
2. Responsible Use & User Misconduct
You are fully responsible for all content generated through your account.
You agree NOT to use Rekalab to create, upload, or distribute any content that:
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or used for scams or impersonation
- Supports or encourages illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
- Contains harassment, threats, hate, or violence
- Spreads misinformation, harmful claims, or manipulates others
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract Rekalab's underlying technology
- Interferes with the platform's performance, security, or operations
Rekalab shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from your misuse of generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access if you violate these terms.
3. Account Registration
To access Rekalab, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity occurring under your account
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Credits and Billing
a. Credit System
Rekalab uses a credit system. Credits are deducted only for successful generation requests.
b. Credit Expiry
Unused credits expire at the end of each 30-day billing cycle. They do not roll over, are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
c. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days from the purchase date unless cancelled.
d. Subscription Changes
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
e. No Refund Policy
All payments—including subscription fees and credit purchases—are final. Rekalab does not provide refunds or partial credits.
5. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
By using Rekalab, you agree to:

Rekalab does not store or have access to your full payment information.
6. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated outputs created by you belong to you.
Rekalab retains full ownership of:
- The Rekalab platform
- The AI models and training systems
- The underlying technology and infrastructure
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, repurpose, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rekalab does not guarantee:
- The accuracy or reliability of generated content
- That errors will not occur
- That generated results will meet your expectations
All outputs should be independently reviewed and verified by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekalab is not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated content
- Any loss, damage, or harm caused by your use or misuse of the platform
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You use Rekalab entirely at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the platform or generated content
- Your actions threaten the platform or other users
Upon termination, you must stop using Rekalab immediately.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of Rekalab after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rekalab, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, investigations, legal actions, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the platform
- Any content you generate, publish, or distribute
- Any violation of these Terms
- Any violation of applicable laws
This includes claims brought by government authorities, law enforcement, or any third party.
