Refund Policy

At Rekalab.com, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for content creators through our AI-powered content generation tools. To maintain fairness and transparency, please review our refund policy below:
1. No Refunds on Subscriptions or Credits
All purchases of subscriptions and credits are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Credit balance
- Unused or expired credits
We encourage users to fully explore our platform using the available credits before upgrading or purchasing additional credits.
2. Credit Expiry
Credits expire at the end of each 30-day billing cycle (based on the billing date) and do not carry over. It is the user's responsibility to utilize available credits within the active billing period. Expired credits will not be refunded or reinstated.
3. Billing, Invoices, and Payment Retries
Once an invoice is issued, payment will be attempted up to 4 times within 2 weeks. If all payment attempts fail, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.
Users may cancel their subscription before the next invoice is issued to avoid the upcoming charge. Once an invoice has been issued, no refunds will be provided, regardless of usage.
4. Charge Disputes
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will review the issue and respond accordingly. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
Please do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first. Doing so may result in suspension of your Rekalab account.
5. Duplicate Charges
In the rare event of a duplicate payment, we will review and refund the extra charge after verification. Proof of duplicate billing may be required.
6. Technical Issues
Credits are only deducted when content is successfully generated. If a technical issue occurs and no usable content is produced, please contact us immediately. If confirmed, the affected credits will be restored.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew thereafter. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within an active billing period.
